Returns & Exchange Policy
At Ira, every piece is designed with love and care. We hope you adore your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Please ensure the item is securely packed for return shipping.
Custom-made or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at irathelastthread@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
For domestic orders (Canada & USA), only the cost of the product will be refunded — shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund (product cost only) will be issued.
International Orders
For international customers, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed for product cost only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll prioritize resolving it as quickly as possible.
Note
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Ira reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
