- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after every use.
- Keep pieces separately stored to avoid scratches and tangling.
Natural variations in handcrafted jewellery are part of its charm.
Clothing Care
IRA garments are thoughtfully crafted using premium fabrics and traditional techniques.
- Dry clean only, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
- Store garments in a breathable cotton cover; avoid plastic covers.
- Steam or iron on low heat as required.
- Avoid spraying perfume directly on the fabric.
Slight variations in colour, weave, or embroidery are inherent to handcrafted garments.
Shipping
- Ready-Made Orders: Dispatched within 3–7 business days.
- Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces: Require 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and craftsmanship involved.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for ready-made items only.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
